I am looking for a cooperative apartment for my own residence in Copenhagen.
My preferred apartment is 40–90 m² with 2–3 rooms. I would like a bright apartment with a good layout, and a balcony or small outdoor space would be a plus.
I prefer a well-managed cooperative association with a healthy financial situation and no major planned maintenance projects. A reasonable monthly housing fee is important.
I am interested in all areas of Copenhagen, especially Valby, Vanløse, Frederiksberg, Vesterbro, Nørrebro, Østerbro, Amager, Brønshøj, Søborg and Hvidovre.
I have financing in place and am ready to move when the right apartment becomes available.
